Service is an elastic term! Plarad provides service to customers at all points. Our international oriented distribution network consisting of field staff, office employees, engineers as well as service technicians makes sure that our customers are not left alone at no time. We are at your side – in emergency or routine cases!
Maintenance, repair and loan equipment service
It is our goal to reduce your downtime to a minimum.
That is why we advice and assist you regarding the maintenance of your equipment. You will find service and maintenance instructions of our equipment in the download center. Regular maintenance guarantees operation capacity and danger of damage which might cause downtime and repair costs is nearly eliminated. After 6 months the torque wrench, the power pack as well as all accessories should be maintained and calibrated. The results are documented according to DIN ISO 9001:2000 and a new examination certificate is issued. Necessary repairs are discovered in time.
Even in case of regular maintenance, careful treatment and excellent Plarad quality: a fault can’t be excluded entirely. In case a repair of your equipment is necessary, please contact us. Our qualified administrators will locate the error as a first step. In many cases this already helps to rectify the error, if, however, service on-site becomes necessary, our technician will make an appointment. In case of urgency our technicians will do everything to help you on the spot! If loan equipment is requested, we will support you with our free of charge loan-equipment service for emergency cases!
Training for
maintenance of equipment
For your maintenance departments it is necessary to be aware of the special features of our equipment to ensure an optimal service and maintenance! Learning about these special features directly from Plarad is most effective! In our hands-on seminars we provide the basic for the maintenance of Plarad products and the participants get to know important details for the on-site maintenance and service. All products are shown and demonstrated during the seminars.
